The Baking Foundations 1 Series isn't far from the concept of The Foundations 1 Series.  The focus of the series will obviously be all about baking which was not covered much in the Foundations 1 series.  This is because the Culinary Arts and the Baking Arts are two cooking entities in themselves.  Baking is a wonderful art as well as a skilled science and is truly a joy to learn and grow with.  In this series we will discover the basics of baking and how to out with a good foundation in the subject.
