Brian Wisker

Brian is an accomplished and creative chef.  He had his culinary education right here at Ivy Tech and since has worked at some fine dining establishments as well as some catering companies.  He brings a fresh outlook and enthusiasm to our kitchen and we are lucky to have him.

Dwight Simmons

Chef Dwight Simmons is  a wonderfully talented chef.  He worked for Kona Jack's for eight years which gives him a tremendous knowledge of seafood!  He has more than 20 years experience and is anxious to share his knowledge with you. He loves to teach people the secrets they need to know to create their own magic in their kitchen!

Frank Cervantes

Chef Frank Cervantes is an instructor at Art Institute of Indianapolis.  He has been a professional chef for 30 years!  He knows what he is doing.  A native of Belize.  He moved to the US in 1974 where he attended Johnson and Wales University and Michigan State.  He has cooked at many different places including the Greenbriar Hotel!  He has been teaching chefs for 5 years with the Art Institute so he certainly can help teach you!

Sean Bartosiak

Chef Sean Bartosiak is an honors graduate from Le Cordon Bleu's Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago.  He lived and worked in Chicago at Crofton on Wells and Bistrot Zinc until he moved to central Indiana where he enjoyed continued experience at Something Different and Five Seasons Country Club.

Sean has been involved in the culinary field since his early teens, gaining knowledge and experience in all areas of the industries front and back of the house.  Sean has always loved the restaurant and hospitality industry and looks forward to educating and entertaining you!
