A. We have a variety of classes, anything you would want to learn to cook he have done before. They vary from the fundamentals of cooking and advanced techniques to various specialties such as Northern Italian Cuisine and Chocolate desserts. Q. What should I bring to class?
A. The only thing you need to bring is a desire to learn and an appetite for good food. We will provide all of the tools and food necessary.
Q. Are your classes in the day or at night?
A. Both. We offer classes at a variety of times to accommodate your schedule. Check the class calendar for times on a specific class?
Q. How much does it cost?
A. The average cost of a class is $75.00. Prices may vary depending on the ingredients and tools necessary to teach the class. Series are priced by the series and not the individual class. Check the class list for specific information.
Q. Do you have Gift Certificates available?
A. Absolutely! You can purchase them at our store in any denomination desired.
Q. Do you do private parties?
A. Yes! If you have an event coming up and are looking for something different, contact us. We can set up a hands-on cooking experience or a demonstration class for your group. It is a great idea for bridal showers, family reunions and more!!
Q. Who does the cooking and teaching in these classes?
A. You do the cooking in our hands-on classes. The chefs do the cooking in the demonstration classes. All of the classes are taught by talented professional chefs.
Q. How many people are in the class?
A. We can accommodate 20 people per class.
Q. How much do we eat during class?
A. You will get a sampling of all of the dishes prepared in the demonstration classes and what equals a full meal in the hands-on classes.
